Exchange and Refund Policy
- Upon receiving items using our cash on delivery service, Returns will then not be accepted, However Should you receive a faulty product, a replacement or an exchange can be claimed.
- In case we are out of stock, a full refund will be granted for faulty products.
- You will have a 14 days period to replace or exchange the product if it was faulty, after the 14 days even faulty products cannot be replaced or exchanged.
- Orders can only be canceled before 5 PM
Example: If you order at 1 PM, you have 4 hours to cancel your order free of charge, if you order at 2 AM you have 15 hours to cancel your order free of charge.
- Any orders canceled after 5 PM will be charged 30 AED paid to the courier company as delivery charges.
